PLEASE PRINT A COPY OF THE DEPARTURE & RETURN INSTRUCTIONS FOR YOUR REFERENCE

On arrival at Manchester Airport follow directions for terminal 3, where you will find the Crowne Plaza Hotel.
Once on the hotel car park drop your passengers and luggage at the main doors.
Park your vehicle in any of the car parking zones
When you have finished with your vehicle please ask reception for your confirmation envelope which will be provided by us for you to place your car keys inside.
Hand key envelope back to main reception.
Ask for transfers to your departing terminal.
Courtesy vehicles are located at the main entrance (there may be a few minutes delay)

In the arrivals hall, near the information desk there are blue courtesy telephones.
Dial 4090 for collection, state your name and terminal number where you are.
You will be collected & returned to the hotel.
Collect your vehicles keys from reception.
In the event of an early return back to the UK, 24 hours notice is required. Tel: 0161 498 0433 or 08719429055, Minimum 2 hours delay is possible if not contacted before hand. Cars cannot be recovered from off-site car park between 8pm - 6am.(This time restriction only applies in the event of you returning earlier unexpectedly, than your pre-booked date without giving HCC prioir notification , ie in the event of illness)
