1. Please only leave keys required to operate the vehicle

2. The proprietors accept no responsibility for any loss or damage to vehicles or other property unless caused by the neglience or wilful default of that of their sub-contractors (if any), and vehicles are left at their owners risk.

3. Please ensure your vehicle is able to be moved to our off-site car park as if for any of the following reasons the car cannot be moved, an additional charge of £2.00 per day may be payable:-

• Low petol
• Flat battery
• Tyre badly damaged
• No road tax
• Crook locks without keys
• No immobiliser code
  

4. In the event of an early return back to the UK, 24 hours notice is required. Tel: 0161 498 0433 or 08719429055, Minimum 2 hours delay is possible if not contacted before hand. Cars cannot be recovered from off-site car park between 8pm - 6am.(This time restriction only applies in the event of you returning earlier unexpectedly than your pre-booked date without giving HCC prioir notification , ie in the event of illness)
5. The vehicle will be taken off site to a long term parking area. (25 miles round trip). Fully comprehensive insurance is in force whilst in transit.
6. In the event that your vehicle breaks down in transit either to or from our off-site car park, or we encounter any maintenance issues a fee of £50 may be payable for recovery back to the hotel for your collection.
7. Please remove all your possessions from the vehicle.
8. Cancellation Policy - The booking made is non transferable and non refundable. In the event of redeeming the service early, no refund will be given.
